Since each student is unique, we begin by first understanding their background and academic goals. Next, one of our experienced counsellors work with them to narrow down their selection and help decide which courses and universities best fit their needs
We also consider the timeline and budget as well as, the overall campus culture and course experience. While studying abroad is not absolutely free, there are several programmes and destinations to meet every student budget.
PRE-DEPARTURE
SUPPORT
4 / 5
We believe it is crucial to orient and prepare students to face the culture shock of moving to a new country and environment. We help by conducting orientation sessions where we guide students on what to expect in
their new learning environment and the first few hurdles they will face both, on and off campus. We guide them on how best to prepare, what to pack and where to reach out for support when they arrive.
POST-ARRIVAL
SUPPORT
5 / 5
Over time, we have realised that students often require additional support once they arrive in their host country. This can range from dealing with different banking or insurance regulations to facing culture shock and dealing with homesickness.
Occasionally students need specific advice on finding part-time jobs without violating their student visa rules or which foreign exchange is best. Our advisors remain on hand to provide support and are available 24/7 for any emergencies students may face.
